Recycled materials such as Food Wrapping Foams, Plastic Bottles, Bottle Caps, Bread Tags, Chopsticks and Straws were collected from parents. Children were briefed on recycling these materials and their purposes. Fruit Wrapping Foams and Bread Tags were used for craftwork, Bottle Caps were used as learning resource for numeracy skills and Plastic Bottles to store paints.
Mothers were given stalks of flowers as a token of appreciation for mother’s day. Mothers who are Frontline Workers such as nurses and doctors were given these flowers as a appreciation for contributing to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
