ZION KINDERGARTEN
2018 “Start Small Dream Big” project was indeed a meaningful experience for our Nursery children to internalise the message, “Love your neighbour as yourself”.
We began this project by learning the value of caring for others through the Bible story, “The Good Samaritan” and followed by a role play in class.
Then, children made a thank you card for people who are serving in our community, like the sweepers on the road, the cleaners in the hawker’s centre and the people who serve the public. We wanted to show them that we recognize their effort and show our appreciation.
During this project some of our lovely Nursery mothers volunteered and gave their support through Bible Story Telling, accompanying our children to go for a neighbourhood walk and setting a good role model for their children.
We take this opportunity to thank our mothers for their support and help rendered during this project, together we build and nurture children who dare to love!
