During this workshop, the children gave life to plastic bottle to turn it into an Eco Planter as they upcycled their used plastic bottle.
The children were very excited to get started. With assistance from their parent or caregiver, the children cut, pasted, and wrapped their bottle with beautiful colours of string before they placed their plant carefully into the bottle.
After the workshop, we engaged the children in a reflection of their experience and the children shared about how they are inspired to upcycle more plastic bottles to make a variety of eco planters for their home. We can’t wait to see what the children do next!
