On 25th August, we have invited our Granparents from the toddler, Kindergarten one and Kindergarten two for our tea-party. During this special day, we would like the children and their grandparents to spend time and make new memories together. Most importantly, we would like to cultivate the value of respect to the elderly through this activity.
“ Can’t take my eyes of you,Grandma and Grandma!”
The children practiced hard to put up a spectacular performance to our lovely grandparents. The children grooved along to the hits of 1980s!
Our Grandmas are indeed young at heart! Thank you for dancing with me,Grandma!”
“Here’s a cake and a drink for you!”
The children were eager to serve the grandparents with the spread of tea-party cakes and goodies. The children learn to appreciate the grandparents by serving them food and drinks. Through this, the children had an insight of the daily sacrifices that grandpa and Grandma made for them. Thank you for cooking for us,Grandma and Grandpa!
“Here’s a massage for you to keep you refreshed!”. The children learned a few massage techniques for the shoulders, arms and legs in order to perform it on their grandparents.
We hope that through this, the children would appreciate the physical sacrificies that were made by their grandparents. On top of that, we hope that the grandparents feel refreshed and energetic from the massage of the little ones!
“Saaaaaay cheese!”
With the props in the photo booth, the grandparents and the children had fun taking the pictures together. We hope that the memories made today would be remembered for a long time.
“Thank you for coming!”
The children gave the gifts to their grandparents. We would like the children to be appreciative of the littlest sacrifices made by their grandparents!
The tea party was an opportunity for the grandparents to make new friends amidst of bonding with their grandchildren. It was nice to see them making new friends!
We may be small but our heart are big and filled with love! We may not say this everyday but we love you with all our hearts.
We hope that the children would respect, cherish and love their grandparents!
Thank you for loving us,Grandpa and Grandma!
