细菌如何传播和用洗手液洗手的重要性

幼儿利用亮粉作为细菌，放在手掌，然后将双手放搓一搓，双手会沾满亮粉，从而幼儿知道通过双手的接触细菌能够传播。幼儿首先只是用水清洗，然后观察到仍然有亮粉残留在手掌，幼儿知道清水清洗手掌是无法清洗彻底和干净的，接着幼儿使用洗手液，搓出泡沫后，用水冲洗干净，幼儿观察到手很干净，最后幼儿学习到使用洗手液洗手的重要性。
