Going green comprises of many things. One of them is reducing, reusing and recycling things or items in a meaningful and sustainable way to preserve the environment surrounds us. With this goal in mind our children of Kindergarten one embark on this project.
At the end of the project, our children will be able

To develop the good habit of using what we need so as to minimise wastage in the world we live in

To know more about keeping public places safe and clean as well as preventing the spread of illness.

To promote the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle)
Activities:
Shape Printing- Children used the empty boxes, bottles, bottle caps, tissue rolls for shape printing. Through this lesson, we emphasize the importance of reuse items to reduce waste. Here are some pictures of Shape Printing.
Newspaper Art: We used newspaper to create an artwork. This is the process of doing it.
