Our little hands in the dirt, heads in the sun, hearts as one
The children were introduced to a picture book showcasing the different types of plants, their parts and functions in class. Thereafter, they became little explorers embarking on an adventure with a guided tour at Gardens by the Bay. They had the opportunity to explore the mysterious world of the Cloud Forest through sensorial experiences and they get to appreciate and learn about a diverse range of plants on display. Our little explorers had a fruitful day immersing themselves in a realm of knowledge about plants and the wonders of nature have truly captured their senses.
What’s next: Children get to experience planting from seeds and nurturing them with love. They will then sell their pots of plants and donate the proceeds to charity.
