On 22 May, the K1s and K2s were penning down ways of ‘Caring for the Elderly’ onto their ‘star pledge’ after some discussions with the teachers and friends.
During the discussions, children mentioned that they could accompany the elderly or their own grandparents for walks around the neighborhood or have a talk with them. For their own grandparents, they could have meals with them or accompany them in doing daily activities or even watching television shows at home.
Finally, the childrens’ ‘star pledges’ were hung around the school and some were pasted at the parent’s corner in school.
