Last yearâs SSDB project is about growing and maintaining our school garden. This is one way of letting children explore about their environment. It also teaches them the value of cultivating your own garden and growing fruits and vegetables with your own hands, as well as the importance of eating healthy. It makes them understand patience and perseverance so that they can harvest the fruits of their labour.Â
This year, of course, these children helps in continuing making the school garden a place for good health. We all know that aside from eating these plants and fruits, having greenery around helps for breathing clean air, too. Making a green community will help neighbors breathe fresh air đ
âWhy try to explain miracles to your kids when you can just have them plant a garden?â
Just few days of waiting after toiling and planting, some days of watering, itâs time to harvest!Â
