The children loved the idea of food conserving that they’ve decided they too can play their CARE-pal for the community through Foodbank.
Together with the teacher, the children brainstormed on ideas to design posters that represented food coservation. The collated ideas were then created into a poster for parents across the Skool Ready bay (Nursery-Kindergarten 2) to know about.
The designing was finalised and children participated in distributing the posters to their parents!
We had proposed the food collection dates from 13 September to 19 September 2019
The parents were very supportive of the foodbank drive and generously donated their goods to the school.
We had the food donation drive from a period of 10 september to 19 September.
