Our centre embarked on this year’s campaign for having a healthy lifestyle. We believe every child needs to learn the importance of taking care of and keeping their bodies in good condition.
In support of this campaign, our three levels (N2 to K2) participate in this project.
In the finale, K2 children showcase a dance item called “Subli”, a hippie dance workout, during our National Day celebrations.
N2 children show us how to jump up and down to the music.
We raise awareness on the importance of “Keeping Fit Starts From Young” and incorporate some exercise routines so children will start enjoying the benefits in their growing years. We have expanded this year’s objective in line with last year’s “Healthy Eating Starts From Young”.
The teachers lead the children in a 15 to 30-minute workout session every Friday. Children are educated about the joy of such exercise routines, which we hope they will carry forward into their daily lives.
Children do a workout with simple steps that involves stretching. They are very enthusiastic and excited during these sessions. The children exude such high levels of energy and vitality.
We have what it takes to be physically fit. Let us shake our bodies into fitness!
Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live. - Jim Rohn

Happy working out! Let us come together and groove to the beat!
