In conjunction with World Water Day on 22nd March 2020, the children from PCF Sparkletots Tampines Central 867A participated in an array of water conservation activities.
They were introduced to the PUB mascot - Water Wally and learnt about ways to conserve water through watching the videos of the “Adventures of Water Wally”
Here, the children learnt that they are encouraged to take a maximum of 5 minute showers and to use pails to collect water. This will help to ensure that water is not wasted.
After watching the video, the K2 children draw out a poster on ways they can help to conserve water. They proceed to decorate these posters and attempted to paste it around the Centre to encourage water conservation.
