Our participating group for SSDB 2019 project is our K1 children. Our project is on water conservation. Children used the materials given in the SSDB 2019 resources package. They all did the reflection journal which was very useful for their learning and also to keep track of their project. They decorated their classrooms with the hanging mobiles. Children made their promises on how they can help save water on their pledge cards and decorated their classrooms with their pledge cards as well. Parents and community were involved in our project too. Our K1 children gave a talk on water conservation to parents who were able to participate. Children made posters, book marks and brochures to give out to parents. They also went to share about water conservation to some of the senior residents around the neighbourhood. The children had great fun learning and sharing.
