It’s been a wonderful journey for the K1 children learning all about kindness. We learned that there are many different ways to show kindness to the people around us, near or far. We did many things to show care for our families, our friends, people around us, and also getting to know friends from other school through Zoom meet-ups.
We made friends with children who had different capabilities from MIJ Hub. We also had a bake sale to raise funds for them. It was all so much fun doing our SSDB Project, which we named “Caring For Everyone”.
The children also wrote kind words on heart shaped papers for their friends from MIJ as a gift to show our love and care for them. We hope they like it!
It’s almost the end of the project and the children made their “Kindness Keychain” which they were really excited to bring home.
We teachers, are also very proud of the K1 Cherry and K1 Peach children for all that they have done for the project. It’s been an inspirational venture, and we would like to thank the school, MIJ (My Inspiring Journey) for the beautiful collaboration that we had. Alhamdulillah 💓
