As we continue our project entitled “Upcycling and healthy food drive cum a tribute to our healthcare providers.” We have collected healthy food contributions from our supportive children and their parents. It was indeed overwhelming to recieve bags of food from them.
Prior to bringing of food, the class had a discussion about the items that they can contribute. We named our box “Magic Box” because it will bring magic to the hearts of our healthcare workers, and we believe if children do something good and kind it is indeed magical.
I would like to quote what our child said “I am sorry teacher I only bring few items.” It is not how many but the it was the thought that counts. Through this small project we were able to inspire our children to share whatever they have.
