The N2 and K1 children were given an opportunity to visit the Bloodbank at Outram! They had a tour around the facilities, as well as got a chance to look at how people donated their blood!
Volunteers from the Singapore Red Cross then demonstrated the whole process, fron taking down particulars, to drawing of the ‘blood’, to the final step of bandaging up the area.
Once that was done, the children were split up into groups of 3 and started to role play the Doctor, Nurse, and Donor.
Last,ly, the children took a group photo outside to commemorate their trip! Everyone had fun!
