British Council Pre-school is once again proud to be part of Start Small Dream Big President’s Challenge! This year, we want to send a messsage of hope and thanks to the migrant workers for their valuable services to the building of our nation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have become more empathetic and appreciative of their efforts in the essential services. We are partnering with a registered charity—Hope Initative Alliance—to donate our Message of Hope care packs.
For two weeks, our K1 and K2 classes will apply their creative selves to produce handmade notebooks for migrant workers to pen their thoughts and hope for their future, families and friends. We will also collect donations of food and self-care items from staff and families. The notebooks and donations will then be packed into care packs for distribution to the migrant workers.
