Sypnosis for our project:
Our project aims for the children to gain awareness and show appreciation for the community helpers in Wisma Geylang Serai building, especially to the gardeners, security guards and building attendants. The reason being is because these are the people that the children frequently see while going to/fro school as well as during their daily outdoor walks.
To achieve so, the children will first get the opportunity to closely understand their job scope and afterwards experiencing to execute their duties/responsibilities through collaborating with them. As a form of appreciation, the children will then be using their creativity to craft out tokens of appreciation incorporating the use of recycled materials. Once completed, the children will then be handing it to the community helpers in person.
