Following the interview, the children put up some songs and dance performances for the cleaners to enjoy!
First up, the Nursery Two children performed ‘Looking for a Friend’, where they partner up with a cleaner and dance along to the song. After that, they performed ‘Gummybear’ for their second song.
Following that, the Kindergarten Ones danced and sang to the Chinese song ‘问候’, sending their warm regards to the cleaners who have done a great job in keeping the environment clean.
Next, we have our group of youngest performers, Nursery Ones, to perform the songs ‘蝴蝶，蝴蝶’ and ‘You Are My Sunshine’. The children were decked in vibrant flower and butterfly costumes as they moved along to the music.
Next, we have a gift presentation for the cleaners! A few of our children went forth and handed their cards of appreciation that was hand drawn by the children and their parents.
Last but not least, the cleaners were invited to have lunch together with our children. Everyone was able to bond over the lunch session as the cleaners continued to share about their daily experiences while working and the children have gained an invaluable experience through this event.
A big thank you to the Town Council Cleaners for keeping our environment clean and green!
