This year, we have collaborated with three community partners such as the Singapore Kindness Movement, Singapore Red Cross Society, and Preschool Market. Together, we have focused on instilling values like kindness, respect, care, and commitment in our children, nurturing them to become responsible citizens.
On 23 April 2024, we kicked off the SSDB project with a launch party. Children from N2 to K1 were actively engaged in the event. They were briefed on the objectives of SSDB and the upcoming projects planned for the next six months. They showed their enthusiasm by dancing and singing along to various songs, expressing their eagerness to contribute to the community.
To enhance the interactive and enriching experience, we extended an invitation to the Singapore Kindness Movement to join our launch party. They delighted our young learners with a ‘kindness show’, bringing the values to life in a way that resonated deeply with them.
In the months ahead (April to October), our children will embark on a journey filled with meaningful and hands-on activities as part of the SSDB project. These experiences are designed to foster personal growth and empower the children to create positive change in their communities.
