We finally launched our SSDB 2024 project last week in collaboration with Earth Day.
The N2s, K1s and K2s discussed some of the ways that we can do to save sea lions and their homes.
Leading up to the launch, each classes made our very own banner using recycling items such as plastics and paper. Moreover, these are the items frequently found contaminating the sea lions homes.
As part of the launch and initiatives to save the Earth, children brought in items such as plastic bottles, plastic bags, paper bags, cardboards and even spoilt and unused cables (e-wastes) and recycle it in our recycling bins. Through this, children learnt to recycle their unwanted items and dispose their trash accordingly.
