M.Y World Preschool @ Canberra Eastlink had a launch party with the K1 & K2 children on 28th April 2023.
To kickstart this incredible journey, we involved the K1 children to express their creativity to create a banner. The K2 children wrote notes to show how they care and appreciate their grandparents.
K2 children also dedicated a corner in their classroom to showcase their work. They spent some time to arrange and decorate a corner for this project.
Next, the K2 children will also be visiting All Saints Home, where they will do crafts with the elderly and perform for them.
We are grateful to work on our second-year partnership with All Saint Home Elderly. Through this intergenerational programme, we hope that children will be continue to care and display compassion for the elderly.
