For our SSDB project this year, our school have decided to use the motto ‘Small hands with big hearts’ as our guiding principal. As such, for our SSDB lauch, the children were encouraged to put on Superhero costumes to celebrate the day. Through this event, the children learnt that not all heroes wear capes. The children learnt through the stories shared and in a discussion that even though they were young, they could also give back to the community by doing something. As such, for this year’s project we hope to inculcate positive values such as empathy She , love and kindness to the people around them especially those who are older. Even the teachers were involved in this meaningful project!
