Children had a discussion on showing empathy to others. They shared about their experiences of showing empathy to their families and friends. Children were then encouraged to suggest ways to help and show care for the underprivileged children and their families. They were divided in small groups to write down their suggestions with meaningful illustrations.
The posters were pasted outside the classrooms to spread the message of the importance of showing empathy to others. Through this activity, children have learnt many ways where they can contribute and care for people around them.
