During the June school holidays, our K1 children participated in a clay art workshop. It was an engaging hands-on experience where they explored rolling, pounding, stretching, pinching, piling and more! After creating a set of a clay structure out of their own interests, children learnt to make an elephant structure. Making reference to what they had learnt about endangered animals, creating the elephant structure served as a reminder for all of us to play our part to help these big yet gentle mammals from becoming extinct.
