To show appreciation to the elderly, the children suggested to create a craft work for their grandparents. As such, the teacher together with the children brainstormed on words/sentences on activities that they do together with their grandparents. They wrote the words/sentences on each petal of a flower and placed all petals together to form a flower and at the same time, they created a thank you card too. The children were delighted to present their card and flower to their grandparents and express how much they appreciate their grandparents for always allocating time to take care of them and pampering them with love and gifts.
