In line with our project theme, children celebrated Racial Harmony Day by understanding and appreciating the diversity within each ethnic community and identifying values which people of different ethnic communities share that bind and untie them together.
Children understood that Singapore is a multi-racial and multi-religious society.
Therefore, racial and religious harmony is vital for Singapore’s social cohesion.
However, this harmony does not come naturally, we need to take effort to build trust, respect, and acceptance between different races and religions, and protect the common space that we all have.
Continue to stay tune for our upcoming events!
