SGM Murni: Connecting Hearts 💞

In April, SGM Murni launched the “Start Small Dream Big” project by holding an “Evening with Parents” event as an appreciation day for the parents. The children, parents and teachers bonded over an evening tea ceremony with fun and interactive games. 

The K1 and K2 children recited a special pledge on their partaking of the project. They presented their pledge to their parents and teachers at the start of the event.

Prior to the event, the children created tokens of appreciation for their parents such as mugs, vases, potpourri, paintings, frames and file holders. They presented the tokens to their parents during the event.

The K1 and K2 children also wrote special messages and designed posters meant for their parents. The posters were displayed around the school.

Overall, the event was well received by the parents. The children were happy to have their parents in school. It was heartwarming to see them spending quality time with their parents.
