In this activity, the children were required to bring recyclable materials from home to use it for the recycling art project. The children brought cereal boxes, toilet rolls, plastic bottles, egg cartons and cardboards to school, and they got to share their ideas on how they would like to transform these recyclable materials into something they like! The children creatively transformed the plastic bottles into cat, shark, traffic light, and rocket. They also used the egg cartons to turn them into crocodiles! Through this recycling art project activity, the children learnt that recyclable materials can be reused it in different ways, it also trigger their imaginative play, builds creativity, and problem solving skills.
