Racial Harmony Day is an annual event observed by the school. This year we have encouraged our little children to learn traditional folk songs, play traditional games and prepared traditional snacks or food items, crafts making from their parents and grandparents at home. Parents were very eager to share these precious moments with us through photos and videos. The children were able to share with their peers during the show and tell session. Such activities not only help to bring back fond memories of the old days but also allowing the teachers to teach the little ones the importance of maintaining racial and religious harmony in Singapore’s multicultural and multi-ethnic society.
