As the school strive for Holistic learning experience to our children, the Pcf Sparkletots Preschool @ Jalan Kayu Blk 517/520 conducted a “Seed Germination and Terrarium Making” workshop for K1 and K2 children in the school last 16 June 2017 as part of the school’s third year participation in the SSBD 2017and Innovation Grant 2017 “Our City in a Garden.” The workshop aims to get parents to have basic knowledge in planting that may help them start up their own garden at home as well as involve parents to develop the school’s garden project. Parents were invited to join the talk and have a hands on activity with their children to have an informative and fun bonding with their children. The children were all excited to dig in to the dirt and decorate their Terrarium with colourful peebles, small figurines and insects as well as plastic flowers to make the work colourful and lively.
Everyone had a blast when the worshop ends and looks forward to the next worshop!
