Children were introduced to the 3Rs and how practicing them could save Mother Earth. Children were showed videos and posters about the first ‘R’ (Reduce).
During the large group discussion, children were able to share their knowledge on the different ways they can practice the first ‘R’ (Reduce).
After which, children had small group discussions where they worked together to discuss how they can reduce the use of water, energy, electricity, plastic, paper, metal and glass.
During both the discussions, children displayed the learning disposition , reflectiveness as they had to reflect on some of their practices in their daily lives.
