After months of brainstorming and planning, the day that we have been waiting for has finally come. We started as early as 8am. K2 children and parents were ready at their individual booth to welcome other Parents to “buy” their crafts.
Parents who donated the food items were given a coupon to “buy” the crafts/bakes. They went to the event after they had their PTC with their child’s teacher. One of the parent came back again with food donation to “buy” one of the staff made item - handmade tote bag.
Refreshments were served to the parent volunteers as our appreciation for their help. They had assorted mini sandwiches, fruits, mango pudding and ice jelly for dessert.
The event ended at 12noon. It was a successful event. We received overwhelming response and support from Parents from TT to K2s.
