In conjunction with our theme, ‘Care For the Elder’, children showed their appreciation towards the elders by crafting a ‘mini’ elderly using recycled items.
This craft was made to allow the children to express their creativity and at the same allowing them to appreciate elders whom had contributed and shaped the society. The mantle is passed on to the children to shape it forward. Children are to think of an elder they look up to and make a mini of them.
In addition to that, children also shared what they think of the elders.

With excitement, they displayed their ‘mini’ crafts and shared who their chosen elders are. Sharing with such joyous faces and expressions, their memories will forever be etched of their wonderful appreciation towards the elders.
