Throughout these few months, the children have
been learning more about the community helpers
around them. They learnt the importance of these
people and how they have helped to make our lives
better through various activities and crafts!
Throughout this journey, the children developed
appreciation for their community helpers. To show
their appreciation, we conducted a food drive, where
parents were invited to donate some food for our
children to pack into food packs to give to the
community helpers around our school.
The children were engaged in packing the food items
and then we brought them out to look for the
community helpers. They passed the food packs to
the various community helpers they came across, and
express their appreciation for them by saying thank
you.
The children have gained a lor through this journey,
and experienced many meaningful experiences!
