Our K1 and K2 Children and Parents visited East Coast Park on the 29th April 2019 to play our part for the environment.
Prior to the trip, the children learnt about keeping the environment clean, and how can they play their part. Our children had a good learning experience about the importance of keeping our park and beaches clean.
On the day of the litter picking, the children were very excited. The K1 and K2 Children worked together hand in hand with their parents, teachers and our community partner, NTUC Eldercare Silver Circle. Everyone played an active role in cleaning up the beach and we all had a fulfilling and enriching experience at the beach.
After picking up the litter, the children had a fun time playing games with the ahgong ahma from NTUC Eldercare Silver Circle. We ended the day with a filling lunch.
