MOE Kindergarten @ Wellington has embarked on our 2021 Start Small Dream Big journey! Through various centre’s initiatives, our children were exposed to the importance of taking care of our environment and giving back to the community. They have decided to work on a Garden to Table Project whereby they will make use of recycled materials to plant edible plants and share their harvest with the community!

World Water Day
On World Water Day, our children learnt about the importance of water and its many uses. They were so excited to meet Water Wally and Water Sally!
Introduction to P-Community Indoor Farming
Our Kindergarten Two children were introduced to high-technology farming such as the P-Community Indoor Farming Machine which allows them to make use of Agriculture Technology (i.e. use of user interface to monitor and control environmental parameters such as light, temperature and humidity) to farm in school.
Earth Day
During our Earth Day celebration, our children were once again reminded of the importance of taking care of our environment. They drew and wrote down the little things that they can do to help protect Mother Earth and were crowned Little Earth Ambassadors!
Launch Party
During our SSDB Launch Party, the children discussed the project that they wish to embark on for SSDB 2021 and drew/ wrote their ideas on the SSDB Pledge Cards. The Pledge Cards were hung up in the centre and most of our children were keen on the Garden to Table Project!
