After learning about the 5-step mozzie wipeout, children were involved in a mosquito hunt in two different locations. Firstly, they acted like an officer going around the school premises such as the toilets, dinning area, classrooms and their play area to check, identify and remove potential breeding grounds. Some possible breeding methods (buckets filled with water, stagnant water found in certain part of the school, etc.) had been settled up beforehand and children could easily identify them during their spot check. Lastly, children move out to the outdoor for another thorough check. They looked out of the possible mosquito breeding habitats and carried out the 5-step mozzie wipeout.
