We are thrilled to share with you the heartwarming and impactful efforts of the children at Bright Sparks Childcare (City Campus) in promoting inclusivity through the Start Small Dream Big Project (SSDB) 2023. These young bright sparks have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to making a positive change in their community, including those with disabilities.
The project has not only provided a platform for the children to learn about identifying people with disabilities in their society but has also created opportunities for engagement and collaboration between the children and their parents. The parents have been incredibly supportive, actively participating in the project and providing encouragement to their children every step of the way.
One of the standout moments of the project was the visit to the Down Syndrome Association (DSA), where the children had the chance to interact with the residents. This visit was a beautiful example of how the project has helped to break down barriers and promote inclusivity. The children were able to learn firsthand about the unique experiences of those with disabilities and the importance of empathy and compassion.
The exchange of gifts was another remarkable feature of the project. The children were involved in customizing plastic files for the residents at DSA, which they gifted to them during their visit. This thoughtful gesture was a wonderful way to foster a sense of community and promote socialization between the children and residents of DSA.
Overall, we are incredibly proud of the children at Bright Sparks Childcare (City Campus) and the impact they are making through the Start Small Dream Big Project (SSDB) 2023. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and empathy are inspiring and a testament to the power of youth-driven initiatives. We look forward to seeing the continued impact of their efforts in promoting inclusivity and fostering a more compassionate and inclusive society.
