To close the project, our centre principal and the teacher in-charge, headed down to the SparkleCare Centre @ Changi Simei once more to hand over a token of appreciation for making the project collaboration a successful one.
The children used their finger print to decorate the daisy flower, which is the symbol for kindness, for the token of appreciation to be given to our very supportive SparkleCare Centre @ Changi Simei.
—————————————————————On top of that, the afternoon session children also had the opportunity to pack extra ‘Smile Packs’ to be distributed to some of our nearby community helpers.
The Nursery 1 children helped with the packing of the ‘Smile Packs’.
While the Nursery 2 children headed out to give out the ‘Smile Packs’.
Throughout this SSDB journey, the children had acquired lots of knowledge and experienced firsthand what it means to be kind. This may be the end of the project, but it definitely not the end of their life lesson, to always ‘Shine Bright With Kindness’.
