We started of the project with the topic ‘Caring for Animals’. The children actively learnt about animal care by participating in hands-on activities. They engaged in feeding and maintaining clean living spaces for our animals in the school, such as the ducks, turtles and fishes. We chanced upon an injured bird that fell onto our school campus and took it as a learning opportunity for the children, discussing how we can care for injured animals. This experience not only teaches them about responsibility and empathy but also helps them to develop a deeper appreciation for animals!
