How can I create the marine animals and their unique features using these

materials?

In a recent activity, the children had a wonderful experience creating marine animals using clay. They were guided to mold various sea creatures such as fish, turtles, and starfish. As they shaped their clay models, they discussed the unique characteristics of each marine animal, like the streamlined bodies of fish that help them swim swiftly, the hard shells of turtles that protect them, and the tube feet of starfish that enable them to move on the ocean floor.

Through this hands-on activity, the children learned about the different adaptations that help marine animals survive in their ocean habitats. They explored concepts like camouflage, which some fish use to blend into their surroundings, and the special gills that fish have for breathing underwater.
