Our ‘Hob and Hood’ recipe book was officially launched today! It is an interactive book that engages children with activities and promotes family bonding through cooking. This recipe book was created as part of our SSDB launch. It was completed with the combined efforts of the children and teachers as well as teachers from Yusof Ishak Secondary School. We also had the support from Principal, Mr Hanafi Asmore. During the book launch, we also provided a list for parents to donate such as honey, cereal, oil, dried noodles. Yoghurt Parfait was one of the recipes chosen for the parent-and-child activity during the book launch.
Parents and children referred to the ‘Hob and Hood’ book for the recipe to create their very own yoghurt parfait. We had an enjoyable time spent together during the book launch!
