Following the commencement of our Start Small Dream Big project, we introduced Healthy Friday to the children. Every Friday, children are encouraged to bring healthy snacks to school, promoting better eating habits and nutrition.
In addition to the focus on healthy eating, we also engage the children in energetic Zumba exercises. These sessions are not only fun but also help to instill the importance of regular physical activity.
As we keep valuing and honoring the special times we have together under the “Families for Life” theme,
fostering healthy habits to encourage a happy and healthy lifestyle within the school environment, and using the school as one of the key reference points, we aim to build strong connections and achieve lasting positive effects.
These exciting activities have proven to be effective in increasing the children’s awareness of healthy living. By incorporating both nutritious eating and exercise into their weekly routine, we are fostering habits that contribute to their overall well-being and encouraging them to make healthier choices.
