To promote a healthy eating and healthy lifestyle, the children learnt about the “HEALTHY PLATE”. It is a friendly, easy-to-understand guide for creating balanced and healthy meals.
The children classified the foods into 3 different groups such as “Brown rice & whole meal bread”, “Meat & Others” and “Fruits & Vegetables”. This activity helped them to understand and make healthy food choices.
They also had a fun morning exercise to keep their body active and fit. A zumba session is a cool way to start our day.
The children participated enthusiastically as they move to the groove.
