Low fat milk was used for Sayur Lodeh over coconut cream. Children were introduced to the meaning of Organic as organic Long beans was used. Lemon grass as a spice was introduced to children along with protein rich Tempe.
Children had a choice to choose between the Indian Chapati or Prata. Green bean soup was served as a Chinese delicacy along with fruity Eurasian cake.
