On 12 June 2019, the Fun learners, together with their parents and guardians went for an excursion to Hay Dairies Farm with an aim to expose the children to the farm and to learn more about how goats produce milk. The children as well as their parents enjoyed feeding the goats. Everyone had a first hand experience observing the milking process. It was a worthy and nutritious day for all because they brought home with them goodies from the farm.
Children and parents were given hay to feed the goats. The goats were excited when they realized it was feeding time. Children had the opportunity to pat and touch the goats. Some of the Fun Learners were afraid but most were brave. Everyone had fun nonetheless!
