The Nursery, K1, and K2 children started their learning journey on the food waste cycle! We talked about the benefits of food composting and how it can be done. The children also watched a documentary on how the African Night Crawlers and Black Soldier Flies can help accelerate the process.
After a discussion on how they can help contribute to the food waste cycle, the children had a meet-and-greet session with the African Night Crawlers from the schoolâs very own Vermicompost worm farm!
