On 22nd April 2024, the children participated in the planting activity to celebrate Earth Day. They planted seeds such as Bayam, Choy Sum and Kangkong. They also planted ornamental plant called Japanese Rose. In light with their advocacy for recycling, they used the plastic bottles from their water ration on World Water Day as their pots. All in all, the children were able to plant seeds and Japanese rose in 100 recycled pots.
The vegetables will be consumed in school and sell out to raise funds on the upcoming Sustainability Fair.
