We wrapped up the fulfilling project with our completed cards. The children has put in a lot of work and love into the ‘Thank You’ cards. We also had a surprise visit from the policemen who brought along their car! We had the opportunity to explore the police car and ask questions. We were also able to give out our handmade cards personally to the policemen! What a joy!
As for the firemen, our teachers went down to both Tampines and Changi Fire Station. The firemen were truly touched by the children’s sincere cards.
It was truly a wonderful experience as we participated in this project. We now understand the role of the fire fighters and policemen and we appreciate them for always risking their lives to keep our country safe. Thank you, frontliners!
